Men sharpened by Jesus and His Word
The Jesus-First men’s ministry exists to help men of God know, treasure, and follow Jesus Christ as Lord and King.
We believe a man’s worth is not found in his accomplishments, salary, or physical strength. His life is found in Christ.
Because Jesus is our greatest treasure, we are committed to becoming men who are deeply rooted in His Word, filled with His Spirit, transformed by His Gospel, devoted to one another, and courageous in making disciples.
Our conviction
Jesus Christ was crucified in love, raised in power, and reigns as King. Therefore, we want to be men who live completely boldly for. Him.
- Crucified in love — We receive the love of Christ and learn to love God and serve others sacrificially.
- Raised in power — We live by the power of the Holy Spirit, believing that Christ can sharpen us, equip us, and lead us.
- Reigns as King — We joyfully submit every area of our lives to the authority of Jesus Christ and His Word.
Our calling
We seek His voice.
We become men of the Word and prayer who recognize the voice of our King and courageously obey Him.
We proclaim His Gospel.
We live unashamed of Jesus Christ, sharing the saving power of His Gospel with our families, friends, neighbors, workplaces, and community.
We move ALL generations.
We intentionally invest in one another—older men strengthening younger men, younger men honoring and learning from older men, and every generation helping the next generation treasure and follow Jesus.

What ages are welcome at men's ministry at CSCC?
We welcome all men of faith. Our monthly men’s midweek services are tailored for men, high school age and up. We value connections between generations where young men honor older men and older men strengthen younger men.

Because Jesus is our greatest treasure, we are committed to becoming men who are deeply rooted in His Word, filled with His Spirit, transformed by His Gospel, devoted to one another, and courageous in making disciples. Dedicated time with other men allows us to encourage each other as we’re sharpened by God’s Word. In a time when being a Godly man is under attack, we need to follow King Jesus more than ever before.
