Walking In Reverent Submission

In the ancient world, when a king traveled, his subjects followed in a specific order, at his pace, and toward his destination. This series explores how we, as citizens of Heaven, align our daily “walk” with our King’s authority and character.
Our theme Scripture is found in Revelation 14:4, which emphasizes true worship: we walk in reverence with and for our King wherever He goes—without hesitation, without compromise, without turning back. Series Anchor Text: Hebrews 12:22–29
Series Big Idea: When we truly see Jesus as King, reverence leads us to joyful, whole-life submission.

The Supremacy of Christ Our King

Paul wrote to a young church being pressured to “upgrade” their faith with extra rituals, secret knowledge, and strict rules. His response was a theological mic drop: Jesus is already supreme over everything and sufficient for everything. This series walks through Colossians in three phases — the preeminence of Christ, the protection of our faith, and the practice of Christ-centered life.
Our theme Scripture is Colossians 1:17 — “He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” Jesus isn’t just a historical figure; He is the architect of the universe who holds every atom — and every life — together. Series Anchor Text: Colossians 2:6–10
Series Big Idea: Jesus is supreme over everything and sufficient for everything — crucified in love, raised in power, reigning forever as King. Since He is enough, we need nothing more than Him.
