leaders led by the holy spirit

Serving in any capacity of leadership in the CSCC is a noble calling and a daily choice to lay down our lives in love for Christ, His people, and our neighbors. 1 Corinthians 12:4-8 describes how we all serve and lead together in different ways through different gifts by the Holy Spirit for the good of others -

4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. 7 Now to each one, the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

As Broom Servant Leaders, our greatest responsibility is to walk and remain in the Spirit (Galatians 5:13-16). Then, we serve the church, equipping God's people to do the same (Luke 6). Below you will find the differing gifts of the Spirit in those who serve on the Board, while others serve our Family Groups, while others are unseen in their service. Nonetheless, we are all equals serving the One Spirit for the common good.

Our Family Group Leaders build up the CSCC finding great joy when we see God's people come alive, discovering their gifts as fellow church builders and ministers of reconciliation who have been saved by the grace of God to do good (Ephesians 2:10). Here are some of the amazing Broom Servant Leaders within the CSCC.

We are fellow Broom Servants and church builders no different than our brothers and sisters above. We exist to equip the Saints (Ephesians 4:11-16) to do the work of the ministry with us, building up the church in love and proclaiming the Gospel throughout the Springs!
